At Treffen, we subject each of our products to rigorous standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured in our workshop using only the most premium materials and methods of craftsmanship. We carefully inspect each item to ensure that it meets our strict criterion before shipping it to you.

Warranty Exclusions & Jewelry Care

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover the loss of diamonds or general wear and tear. To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we highly recommend the following care guidelines:

• Avoid applying perfume or lotions directly on the jewelry.
• Remove your jewelry before going to the gym, swimming, or engaging in heavy physical activity.
• Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
• Clean regularly with a soft cloth.
• Bring your jewelry in for professional polishing once a year.

Lifetime Free Ring Resizing

Any ring purchased from Treffen can be sent back at any time during its lifetime from the date of shipment for a free resizing (shipping charges to and from our facility will be on the customer). Ring sizing is completed approximately 10 – 15 business days from the time the shipment is received (once we have resized a ring it is no longer returnable). Please note that diamond eternity bands, custom designs, and certain materials cannot be resized.

Jewelry Insurance

Each Treffen product comes with a free gemological appraisal issued by a master gemologist. This signed and certified document can be provided to your insurance company to verify the replacement value of your diamond or fine jewelry. We also provide complimentary re-appraisals to adjust your item’s value as it appreciates over time.

It is advisable that you insure your diamond or fine jewelry product as part of your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy. In the event that your item is lost or stolen, you’ll be eligible to receive the amount of its appraised value. If your existing policy doesn’t cover jewelry or you don’t currently have a policy, you can purchase protection from a specialized jewelry insurer. Treffen recommends Lavalier, a highly reputable provider of jewelry and diamond insurance.
