Shipping Policy

To protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped.

Shipping to Alternate Address

Treffen jewelry understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.

International Orders

P.O. Box Addresses

We don’t ship orders to P.O. boxes. To ensure secure and timely delivery, please provide a physical address at checkout.

Treffen jewelry  is not responsible for APO/FPO shipments once Postal Service has delivered the package to the Army/Military.
