Dispatch timelines

• In-stock: Dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
• Made-to-order: 7–12 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

• Estimated delivery is shown on product pages and at checkout.
• Metros: 2–5 days after dispatch.
• Non-metros: 4–8 days after dispatch.

Shipping (India)

• Prepaid/COD: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

Order tracking

Return eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
• Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces are not eligible unless defective.

Non-returnable items

• Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
• Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless required by law.

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Exchanges offered subject to availability; price differences apply.

Exchange Value

• 100% of the Gold Value at the prevailing market rate.
• 100% of the Lab-Grown Diamond Value at the prevailing market rate.

Conditions

• The original invoice and product certificate must be provided.
• If the original certificate is lost, a re-certification fee of ₹1,500 will be applicable.
• The exchange value can only be redeemed against the purchase of new jewellery from Treffen Jewelry and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Control (QC) team.
• The final exchange value will be determined based on the prevailing market rates and the condition of the jewellery at the time of evaluation.
• Any promotional discounts, coupons, or complimentary gifts received during the original purchase may be adjusted while calculating the exchange value.
• GST, making charges, certification charges, and shipping charges are not included in the exchange value.

Buyback Value

Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing diamond value.

Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold market rate.

Lab-Grown Gemstones: 80% of the prevailing gemstone value.

Please Note: Making charges, GST, certification charges, and any discounts applied during the original purchase are not included in the buyback value.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a buyback, you must meet the following requirements:

• The jewellery must be purchased from Treffen Jewelry.
  
• The product must be in its original condition without significant damage or alterations.
  
• Original invoice (or a copy) must be provided.
  
• Original product certificate must be submitted. If the certificate is missing, re-certification charges may apply.
  
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
  

How to Request a Buyback

1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
   
2. Securely ship your jewellery to our inspection facility or use our pickup service (where available).
   
3. Our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the jewellery.
   
4. After inspection, the final buyback value will be calculated and shared with you.
   
5. Once approved, the buyback amount will be transferred to your registered bank account.
   

Quality Inspection

All buyback requests undergo a detailed quality inspection to verify authenticity and condition. This process may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your jewellery.

Terms & Conditions

• Buyback is available only for jewellery purchased directly from Treffen Jewelry.
  
• Buyback values are calculated using the prevailing gold and diamond market rates on the date of evaluation.
  
• Making charges, GST, shipping charges, and certification charges are non-refundable.
  
• Any discounts, coupon codes, promotional offers, or complimentary gifts received during the original purchase will be adjusted while calculating the final buyback value.
  
• Jewellery that has been altered, damaged, or repaired by unauthorized jewellers may not qualify for buyback.
  
• Shipping charges for sending jewellery to us are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
  
• All buyback requests are subject to approval by our Quality Control team.
  
• Treffen Jewelry reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
